Bank websites sometimes fail partway through, won't load, or stop an application for reasons that have nothing to do with you, such as a profile you already have with the bank. That doesn't mean the rebate is lost.
First, try the online application again
Start from our offer link, signed in
Open the offer from its button on FinlyWealth while signed in, so your visit is tracked.
Turn off what can block it
Ad blockers, VPNs, private windows and cash back or coupon extensions can stop the bank's form from loading.
Finish in one go
Use one browser on one device, and don't refresh or close the page partway through. If it keeps failing, try another browser or device, starting again from our link.
Scotiabank: apply in a branch or by phone instead
We work directly with a team at Scotiabank, so a Scotiabank application doesn't have to be made online for your rebate to count. If the online application still won't go through:
Apply in a branch or by phone
Apply for the same card or account at a Scotiabank branch or over the phone.
Keep your application reference number
Scotiabank gives you a reference number for the application. Keep it, with the date you applied.
Send us a support request
Include the application reference number, the card or account, the date, and the name and email you applied with. We pass it to our Scotiabank team so the application is credited to your rebate.
We follow up
Once Scotiabank confirms it, the rebate shows on My Earnings like any other. We'll let you know if anything else is needed.
