A rebate is cash back you earn when you go to an offer from FinlyWealth and complete it. It does not appear the instant you apply, and not every visit leads to a reward. Here is the journey, so you know what to expect while you wait.
The five steps
Your visit is tracked
The moment you head to an offer from FinlyWealth, we log the visit. You can see it under Tracked Visits in your account.
The merchant reviews it
Banks and merchants confirm on their own schedule, often days to weeks. Many skip a pending update and report straight to approved or declined.
It shows as pending, approved or declined
Once the merchant reports back, your cash back appears on the My Earnings page as pending (waiting on the merchant to confirm), approved, or declined.
Approved cash back matures
Approved cash back is briefly held while the institution completes its own internal verification. Timelines vary by product. While it is held, it is marked Maturing, and where we know the date, we show when it becomes available.
You are paid
Your balance is sent automatically once it clears the $10 minimum, by direct deposit to your bank or by INTERAC e-Transfer. Set this up under Account before your first payout.
What to do so your visit counts
Each offer has its own terms, so read them before you apply. Applications made without a FinlyWealth rebate on offer show as No rebate and earn nothing.
