How does FinlyWealth track my application for cash back?
Open the offer from FinlyWealth while signed in and finish the application in the same browser. We log the visit and link it to your account with a cookie. Ad blockers, private browsing, switching devices and other cash back sites can break that link.
What do my cash back statuses mean?
Cash back moves from a tracked visit to Pending or Earned, sometimes through Maturing, and is then sent to you. Declined, Voided and No rebate mean no payment. Here is what each label on Tracked Visits and My Earnings means.
My cash back is missing. What do I do?
First find your visit under Tracked Visits and check its status, because banks and stores often take days or weeks to report. If the visit is missing, or it never confirmed, send a Cash Back Missing request with the product and your details.
Why was my rebate declined?
A Declined rebate means the bank or store didn't confirm it, usually because the application was declined, the purchase was cancelled or returned, or the offer's terms weren't met. When the institution pays us nothing, there is no rebate to pass on.
