Payouts and wallet

What do the balances on My Earnings mean?

My Earnings splits your Total earned into Paid out, Awaiting payout and Maturing, with Voided and Forfeited shown only when there is an amount. Together the rows add up to your total.

Updated Nov 4, 2026

The top of the My Earnings page shows your Total earned, with a bar and a list that say where each part of it stands. The page is the one in your profile menu called My Earnings (the page called My Wallet is for the credit cards you carry, not your money).

What each row means

  • Total earned: your rebates plus any referral bonuses. If some came from referrals, a line says how much.
  • Paid out: what we've already paid you.
  • Awaiting payout: approved and ready to be paid. Under the minimum it says "Sent once it reaches $10". At or above it, it says "Sent within 10 days · $10 minimum".
  • Maturing: approved but briefly held while the institution completes its internal verification. It shows the date the first amount is ready, or "Held while the institution verifies" when there's no date yet. It only appears when you have an amount maturing.
  • Voided: payouts written off, not paid. Shown only when there is an amount.
  • Forfeited: earnings that weren't paid because the account is suspended. Shown only when there is an amount.
