You'll see statuses in two places: Tracked Visits (every offer you opened) and My Earnings (every rebate and referral bonus, under Transactions). Banks and stores report on their own schedule, so a visit can sit at the first status for days or weeks.
The journey, in order
- Awaiting merchant report (Tracked Visits): we logged your visit and haven't heard back yet.
- Pending (shown as Pending cash back on Tracked Visits): the merchant has reported it but hasn't confirmed it. The amount can change until it's approved. Many banks skip this step and report straight to approved or declined.
- Maturing: the merchant approved it, and we're holding it for a . The row shows the date it becomes available. After that it moves to your payable balance by itself.
- Earned (Earned cash back on Tracked Visits): the merchant confirmed it and it counts toward your payable balance. On My Earnings your totals call this Awaiting payout until it's sent, then Paid out.
Statuses that mean no payment
- Declined (Declined by merchant): the merchant declined the rebate. See Why was my rebate declined?
- Voided (Cash back voided): an earned rebate was reversed because the purchase was refunded, cancelled or ineligible.
- No rebate: you applied through FinlyWealth, but no Finly rebate was on offer to you at the time, so there's nothing to earn. It's listed so your history is complete.
- Never confirmed by merchant (Tracked Visits): the merchant hasn't reported the visit in the 90 days since you clicked. If you met the offer's terms, contact support with the tracking ID.
The totals at the top of My Earnings
- Paid out: already sent to you.
- Awaiting payout: earned and ready. Under $10 it waits to reach the $10 minimum. At $10 or more it is usually sent within 10 days.
- Maturing: held until the date shown.
- Voided and Forfeited: shown only if you have some. Voided is a payout written off and not paid. Forfeited is not paid because the account is suspended.
