*These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern this promotional offer. These Terms are in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to KOHO Account and the use of other products and services offered to you by or through KOHO.

Offer

New KOHO users can get up to 10% Cash Back on eligible purchase transactions for the first 3 months after opening their account.

Offer Period

This Offer is available starting on May 5, and may be withdrawn or modified by KOHO at any time without notice.

Offer Conditions

1. Register for a new KOHO account with a valid code.
2. Deposit funds into your KOHO account within 30 days of opening your account.
3. Complete KYC verification.
4. Spend min. $20 on your first transactions within 30 days of opening your account.

Eligibility

Offer applies to new users only.

Exclusions/Limits

• Cash back only on purchase transactions.
• Maximum cash back that can be earned is $100, i.e. 10% of $1,000 in purchase transactions within the first three months.
• Existing users may not redeem this offer.
• Cannot be stacked with other promotional offers.

Excluded categories: Cash advances, ATM withdrawals, money transfers, cryptocurrency purchases, gambling, gift cards. Determination by KOHO is final. 

Offer Type Specific Terms

If an Offer includes one or more of the Offer benefits described below, the corresponding terms will apply in addition to the Offer Details and General Terms.

1. Interest rate: If Offer includes enhanced interest rate on balance, the following terms will also apply:

• Enhanced interest rate applies only on balance held in the eligible account, which unless otherwise stated is the primary KOHO Account.
• Enhanced interest rate will only apply once you have met all the Offer Conditions to the satisfaction of KOHO.
• Unless otherwise stated, interest earned will be credited into your primary KOHO Account.
• Interest earned may be subject to limits and thresholds, as determined by KOHO and disclosed to you.
• Unless specifically stated, enhanced interest rate offered is inclusive and not additive to the standard rate.
• The enhanced rate applies only for the stated Offer Period, not retroactively nor after. After this period, the standard interest rate applicable to you will apply.
• Interest is per annum calculated daily but paid monthly.

1. Account Credit: If an account credit is offered by KOHO as part of this Offer, the following terms will apply:

• The account credit will be applied to the customer’s primary KOHO Account within a reasonable period after all Offer Conditions have been met to the satisfaction of KOHO.
• Account credits may be subject to limits and thresholds, as determined by KOHO and disclosed to you.
• Account Credits may be clawed if an associated transaction or qualified action is disputed, fraudulent or reversed for any reason.

1. Discounted Fee: If Offer includes a discount on fee charged by KOHO in relation to a product, service or subscription, the following terms apply:

• The discount is only available for the stated duration and begins upon activation, upon meeting all Offer Conditions.
• At the end of the discount period, if the product, service or subscription isn’t cancelled, standard fee will apply. You may cancel your product, service or subscription at any time.
• Cancelling and reactivating will not reinstate the discount.
• In the event of a partial fee discount, if a fee cannot be successfully charged, access to the product, service, or subscription may be suspended or terminated, and the discounted rate may no longer apply upon reactivation.

1. Cashback: If Offer includes enhanced cashback, the following terms will also apply:

• Enhanced cash back applies only to eligible transactions, after you’ve met all Offer Conditions to the satisfaction of KOHO.
• Cash backs will be credited to your primary KOHO Account, within a reasonable period of time, after the eligible transactions have been fully processed and settled.
• Cash back may be subject to limits and thresholds, as determined by KOHO and disclosed to you.
• Cash back may be clawed back on transactions that are disputed, fraudulent or reversed for any reason.

General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms apply to all Offers, irrespective of Offer Type, and are in addition to any Offer-specific terms.

Eligibility: To avail this offer, you must maintain and continue to maintain your KOHO Account in active good standing. KOHO reserves the right to withhold or reverse the benefits of the Offer where accounts are restricted, suspended, or closed.

Eligibility Reset: Eligibility for this Offer is assessed at the time the Offer is presented and/or when the applicable conditions are met. Once an Offer has been applied, cancelled, or expired, the same Offer will not be re-applied or reinstated, even if the qualifying conditions are met again, unless expressly stated.

New Customer: Where an Offer is made available to new customers, it is available only to individuals who do not currently have, and have not previously held, a KOHO Account. Eligibility will be determined by KOHO at its discretion.

Offer Benefit: All Offers and its associated benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

Limited Time: This Offer is valid only for the period communicated and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.

One Offer Rule: Unless otherwise specified, offers cannot be combined with other promotions or incentives.

Clawback: We reserve the right to withhold, reverse or recover any benefits granted in error, or where we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Reversals & Adjustments: We may adjust or reverse any rewards or benefits if underlying transactions are reversed, refunded, or found to be ineligible.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receiving benefits under an offer.Changes in terms: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the offer constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Governing Terms: In the event of any inconsistency: (i) Offer Details prevail over Offer Type Specific Terms; (ii) Offer Type Specific Terms prevail over General Terms.
