*20. Subject to credit approval. Interest will be calculated on the daily overdraft balance at prevailing overdraft interest rates and charged to the account on the last business day of the month. The Overdraft Protection Standard monthly fee does not apply to residents of Quebec. The Overdraft Protection Standard monthly fee is waived if you have selected the Premium Plan. Overdraft Protection fees apply individually to each account with an authorized limit within the Plan. Overdraft per item charge (OPIC) is applied for any business day in which an item is paid and exceeds the overdraft protection limit on your account. The OPIC fee does not apply to residents of Quebec.
*39. Interac e-Transfer transactions are subject to maximum send and receive dollar amounts. For Bank Plans that do not include unlimited transactions, excess transaction fees may apply if you perform an Interac e-Transfer transaction over and above the number of transactions allowed for the Plan. A cancellation fee may still apply when you cancel the transaction.

Transactions include everyday banking transactions at a BMO branch, BMOATM, BMO Telephone Banking, BMO Online Banking, BMO Mobile Banking, debit card purchases, cheques drawn on your account and Pre-Authorized Payments. Family member accounts mirror the Bank Plan of the Lead Account, so for example if the Lead Account is on the Performance Plan then family member account will also be on the Performance Plan. Other service and product fees may still apply.
*104. Debit transactions (i.e., transit fares and passes) completed at Canadian transit agencies do not count towards your monthly transaction count.
